Our Villages

Municipality of 1237 hectares at an altitude of 600 m up to 1869 m at the tip of the Môle, Saint Jean de Tholome is a rural town leaning on the Môle massif. Not crossed by transit routes, this guarantees great calm without forgetting the various panoramas on the surrounding valleys. In an ideal environment, today, 1006 souls reside in this dynamic village where many associations work for the good living together, where services to the population are offered (nursery, local market, extracurricular daycare ...), not to mention the many holiday resorts on our “Les Balcons des Grands Prés” loop, 25 kilometers which partly cross our territory for walkers, riders and mountain bikers; the climb to the Môle from Chez Béroud. 2 restaurants are open to eat "L’auberge du Môle" and its donuts and the bar "Chez Moi" at the Chef lieu and its top-of-the-range burgers.
